The works were undertaken on behalf of incoming tenant Sanlam Private Investments on the recommendation of our previous fit out at neighbouring Birch House. The existing office space was fit out with new glazed partitions with veneered doors to form the required office layout, meeting rooms, kitchen and reception. The M&E installations were adapted to suit the new layout. Surface were then finished with fresh decoration, floor coverings, new kitchen and blinds.
