On an existing green belt site in Hartford bridge village we built five new typical constructed amenity blocks and a distribution building for the local travellers on behalf of the local council. Each block was built in block and brick work with a concrete slab, upvc windows and doors, pitched roof construction with tiled finish and upvc rainwater goods. The site had new water and power services provided, re-routed below ground drainage including a special storm drain installation. Internally the blocks contained a kitchen, store cupboard and bathroom with newly installed fixtures and fittings, decorated walls and ceilings, with vinyl floor finish. External areas were finished with concrete hardstandings, tarmac road and grass.
