To an existing warehouse purchased by the Client we won the project to fit-out Kia Motors. The works involved installing partitions and block work to form the new car showroom footprint. The fit-out contained formation of offices, WC block, segregation of the car garage and showroom, new M&E installations, new ceramic floor tiling to the showroom, formation and installation of new glazed curtain wall and shopfront, new carpet tiles, decoration and some external car park works ready for customers to start attending the business immediately.
