The works were undertaken on behalf of the landlord as tenant to large ground and first floor office space at Admiral way, Doxford business park. The main bulk of the work involved management of the nominated mechanical and electrical subcontractors who revised the layout of the existing installations. Minor building repairs were undertaken along with building works and reinstatement of floor and ceiling finishes alongside the mechanical and electrical installations.
