The works were undertaken on behalf of the landlord as tenant dilapidations to a 100m x 45m warehouse and yard. Our remit was to strip out of all tenant installation which include huge mechanical and electrical installations to the former production area, demolition of steel extensions, removal of adaptations to structures and finishes. Our reinstatement works consisted of cladding repairs, epoxy floor finish, chemical cleaning and waste disposal, new internal finishes, adaptation of internal layout to offices and WC's including a full WC refurbishment.
