The works consisted of a major external facade refurbishment to the 8 storey YMCA building in North Shields. Ashbrook co-ordinated scaffolding, flat roofing, re-pointing, structural repairs, stone repairs, window replacement, render and decoration in a town centre location. The site remained operational internally and in surrounding use of buildings and parking.
